Start a New Search to find people that match the role you’re hiring for. For a deeper look at what happens behind each step, see How search works.
1

Start a New Search

Open New Search from the sidebar within your current project.
2

Describe who you're looking for

Write the role in plain language, for example, “Senior Software Engineers with 5+ years Fintech experience, Python & AWS.”
3

Review the interpreted filters before your results

Clarvo translates your description into filters and shows them as badges above your results. Review them first: confirm Clarvo understood the role correctly before you rely on the candidates it returns.
4

Adjust the filters

Use Edit Search to reword your description, or Edit Filters to fine-tune the criteria. Each filter either narrows your results or just ranks them. See Search filters for the full breakdown.
5

Set your evaluation criteria

Before results appear, confirm the criteria Clarvo should judge candidates on. The AI-powered evaluation against these criteria is a built-in step of every search. See How search works.
6

View your evaluated matches

Clarvo returns matching candidates, each scored against your criteria and ordered by fit. Refine the filters at any time to widen or tighten the list.
7
