Project visibility
Choose a project’s visibility when you create it, and change it any time from Edit Project.Private
Only visible to you, the collaborators you assign, and your organization’s
admins. Use this for confidential or executive searches.
Organization
Visible to everyone in your organization. Use this for roles your whole organization
should be able to see and pitch in on.
Organization admins can always see private projects in their organization, so nothing is
ever fully hidden from an admin.
Collaborators
Collaborators are people from your organization you add to a project so they can work on it with you. You assign them when creating a project or later from Edit Project. On a Private project, adding someone as a collaborator is what grants them access. Projects that other people make visible to you — organization projects, or private projects where you’re a collaborator — appear under the Shared With Me tab in your projects list.Who can do what
The actions available on a project depend on your access to it. The project’s actions menu only shows the options you’re allowed to use:
If you don’t have permission for an action, it simply won’t appear in the menu. Admins have
the broadest access, including visibility into private projects across the organization.
