You manage projects from your projects list and the Current Project switcher in the sidebar.

Finding projects

Your projects list organizes everything into tabs, with a Search projects box to filter by name:

All Projects

Every project you have access to.

My Projects

Projects you own.

Shared With Me

Projects others have made visible to you.

Closed

Projects that have been closed.

Switching projects

The active project, shown as Current Project in the sidebar, determines which searches, shortlist, sequences, and conversations you see. Use the switcher to move between roles. Clarvo remembers your active project, so you pick up where you left off.

Project status

Each project shows a status badge so you can see where it stands at a glance:

Project actions

Open a project’s actions menu () to manage it. The options you see depend on your access:
1

Edit Project

Update the project’s title, description, visibility, and collaborators, then choose Update Project.
2

Close Project / Open Project

Close Project sets an active project aside (it moves to the Closed tab); Open Project reactivates a closed one.
3

Delete Project

Permanently remove the project and its work.
Deleting a project removes its searches, shortlist, and sequences, and can’t be undone. If you only want it out of the way, close it instead.

Syncing candidates to your ATS

Clarvo can deliver to and search from external systems, including your ATS, through its API and webhooks, so a candidate you shortlist can flow into your existing hiring pipeline, or you can search past applicants across your ATS. This is set up with us rather than from project settings.
Native, one-click ATS integrations aren’t part of the product UI yet. To set up candidate delivery via the API, book a call with us.
