Switching projects
The active project, shown as Current Project in the sidebar, determines which searches, shortlist, sequences, and conversations you see. Use the switcher to move between roles. Clarvo remembers your active project, so you pick up where you left off.Project status

Open a project’s actions menu (⋯) to manage it. The options you see depend on your access:1
Edit Project
Update the project’s title, description, visibility, and collaborators, then choose Update
Project.

Close Project / Open Project
Close Project sets an active project aside (it moves to the Closed tab); Open
Project reactivates a closed one.

Delete Project
Permanently remove the project and its work.
Syncing candidates to your ATS
Clarvo can deliver to and search from external systems, including your ATS, through its API and webhooks, so a candidate you shortlist can flow into your existing hiring pipeline, or you can search past applicants across your ATS.
