# Troubleshooting

    Re-authorize the account from [Settings](/settings/account-settings). Make sure you
    complete the full authorization flow and grant the requested permissions. See
    [Connect your accounts](/get-started/connect-accounts).

    Confirm the relevant account (LinkedIn or email) is connected, and that the sequence is
    started. A reply from a candidate automatically cancels their remaining steps.

    Loosen your [filters](/search/filters) (remove or widen criteria) and enable
    [deep search](/search/deep-search) to expand the candidate pool.

    Add more [filters](/search/filters) (skills, seniority, location, or company) to
    narrow the list.
